A Message from the Athletics Director:

Dear Sidewinder Familia,

As I enter my second year as Athletic Director, I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the support, spirit, and commitment that defines our San Luis High School community. This past year was a powerful reminder of what it means to be a Sidewinder — resilient, driven, and united.

I'm excited to continue building upon the strong foundation we've created. Our goal remains clear: Grow our athletes not just in strength and skill, but in leadership, integrity, and heart. Whether it is on the field, court, track, or in the stands, I believe in the power of athletics to shape confident, responsible, and community-minded students.

This year, we're continuing to elevate our programs, support our coaches and athletes, and build a spirit culture that reflects the pride we have in our school. Every game, every practice, every cheer — it all contributes to something greater than ourselves.

Let’s keep showing up for each other and making SLHS a place where every athlete can thrive.

Here’s to another great year of Sidewinder pride!
